I offer holistic counselling to adults and teenagers in a caring, empathic, non-judgemental environment. As a holistic counsellor, I will support you to find, through your own unique ability, the answers from within you, whatever the issue is you are facing.
I am passionate in supporting, adults and teenagers, to share their journey towards clarity and meaning in a confidential environment, and also through P.E.T. A Skills based Parenting Course.I believe, that heart-felt communication, and encouraging children to be true to their inner selves, as well as learning to process their feelings and thoughts, contributes enormously to children’s, confidence, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.
